Welcome to Tatch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tatch mobile application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Tatch, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Tatch and that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Tatch. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. To maintain the integrity of our community, Tatch requires mandatory photo and/or video verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and verification process.
Tatch allows you to post content, including "Thoughts," profile information, and photos. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Tatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, and display this content to facilitate matches and compatibility analysis.
Our proprietary AI analysis ("Synergy Score") is based on the data you provide. You acknowledge that these scores are for informational and entertainment purposes and do not guarantee relationship success.
You agree not to:
Tatch offers premium features ("Platinum", "Synergy Pro") via auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, and you must manage cancellations through your respective store account settings.
Tatch is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person. Tatch does not conduct criminal background checks on its users.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tatch operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
